Simplicity, and a long track record. Clientexec has been billing hosting customers for many years and stays deliberately light — fewer screens, fewer concepts, less to learn on the first day. If you resell hosting and never touch a rack, most of what FluxBilling adds is surface you will never open, and paying for DCIM, IPAM and power monitoring you do not use is not an upgrade.
Stability is the second point. FluxBilling is in open beta; Clientexec is a mature product with years of releases behind it. If your billing works and nothing about it is costing you time, there is no argument here worth acting on. Probably not. If you resell someone else’s infrastructure and never touch a rack, the DCIM and IPAM half of FluxBilling is surface you will not open, and a focused biller is a reasonable choice. The platform becomes worth the switch when you own hardware and are currently tracking racks, cabling or IP blocks in a second system or a spreadsheet.

SolusVM 2 is seeded into every tenant. Virtualizor, Pterodactyl and cPanel / WHM install from the marketplace. Proxmox, Plesk and OpenStack are planned and not shipped. Stripe is the seeded payment gateway, with PayPal, Mollie, CoinGate, GoCardless, Authorize.Net, 2Checkout, Paddle, Skrill, CoinPayments, BitPay, Worldpay and CCAvenue available; Bank Transfer ships as a build-it template and Square is planned. Anything missing is built as a visual flow rather than a PHP plugin.
05.Can I move my Clientexec data across?
The packaged importer that ships in core targets WHMCS, with dry-run, idempotent and resumable behaviour. A Clientexec move is scoped with the team from an export of clients, services and invoices. Send your record counts and you will get a realistic plan, including anything that will need manual work.
