Ask a pricing questionIs FluxBilling SaaS or self-hosted?
Both, depending on tier. Lite, Plus, and Professional are managed SaaS — we run them on our K3s fleet, each tenant in an isolated Kubernetes namespace with its own PostgreSQL database. The Business tier adds a self-hosted option: keep the monthly subscription and pay a one-time self-host fee to run it on your own infrastructure, with the same billing, DCIM, and provisioning. The lower tiers stay managed-only.
Do you help migrate from WHMCS, Blesta, or EasyDCIM?
Yes — every tier. The WHMCS Import and EasyDCIM Import tools ship with the platform on Lite, Plus, Professional, and Business. Both connect over a direct MySQL connection (optionally via SSH tunnel) and migrate clients, services, recurring invoices, products, addons, and (for EasyDCIM) racks, U-positions, and IP allocations. We schedule a working session, run a preview against a sandbox, then cut over. Most providers move in a single weekend window. Blesta and ClientExec are services-led for now (no in-app importer yet). On the Business tier, custom migration of legacy or in-house platforms is included free of charge — we build the importer for your data and run the cutover with you.
Is there enterprise pricing above Business?

How do I get plugin builder access?
The visual plugin builder is included on every tier. You can build infrastructure adapters, payment gateways, notification channels, and custom flows as JSON visual flow graphs — 12 node types, 9 flow scaffolds, 6 starter templates. Export as .xzplugin and submit to the marketplace, or keep them private to your tenant.
What do the support tiers actually mean?
Lite is community Discord plus email at best-effort. Plus adds business-hours ticketing with a 12-hour response target. Professional moves to priority queue with a 4-hour target and live chat. Business adds a dedicated Slack channel, a named account contact, and quarterly architecture reviews.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel any time from the client portal. Service runs to the end of the current billing cycle, then stops. No long-term contract on monthly plans. For tier downgrades or specific situations, open a ticket and we will work with you.
