cPanel billing software that creates the account on payment
Connect a WHM server with an API token and sell shared hosting from WHM packages. A paid order creates the cPanel account on the package the product names; the customer logs in to cPanel, Webmail and phpMyAdmin from the client area without typing a password. Unpaid invoices suspend the account, and termination removes it.
The plugin is free. There is no per-account fee from FluxBilling.
The cPanel/WHM plugin is listed at no charge on the FluxBilling marketplace and installs on every tier. FluxBilling plans are priced by the clients you bill, not by the hosting accounts on your servers.
Your cPanel licence is unchanged — the plugin is a WHM API client and adds nothing to the server.

From a paid invoice to a live cPanel account
- 01OrderThe customer enters the domain for the account. If you allow it, they also choose the cPanel username and password; otherwise both are generated.
- 02Create the accountThe plugin calls WHM to create the account on the WHM package the product names, with a dedicated IPv4 address if the product asks for one.
- 03Nameservers and welcomeThe account is created with the nameservers from the plugin settings, and the customer receives the welcome email — FluxBilling’s, cPanel’s, or both, as you configure.
- 04Client areaThe account’s domain, username, package, IP, nameservers, disk and bandwidth appear on the service page, with one-click logins.
What the customer can do with a hosting account
Staff side. Staff can change the package, change the disk quota, edit account limits — addon, parked and sub-domains, email, FTP and SQL database counts — log in to cPanel as the customer, and test the WHM connection.
A WHM package becomes a product
Resource limits — disk, bandwidth, email accounts, databases — live on the WHM package. The product picks the package and decides what the customer may choose.

Connect a WHM server in four steps
- 01Create a WHM API tokenWHM → Manage API Tokens, with acl=all. A password will not work: WHM only accepts a token in the header mode the plugin uses.

What it does not do
- Shared hosting accounts only: the plugin does not create WHM reseller accounts from a product.
- Plesk and DirectAdmin are not covered by this plugin. Plesk is on the plugin roadmap.

- What billing software works with cPanel?
- Any billing system with a WHM module. FluxBilling ships one as a free marketplace plugin, so account creation, suspension and single sign-on run from the same product that sends the invoice.
- Can customers log in to cPanel without a password?
- Yes. The client area creates a cPanel session for them, and the same single sign-on opens Webmail and phpMyAdmin.
- What does the cPanel plugin cost?
- Nothing. It is free on the FluxBilling marketplace. Your FluxBilling plan is priced by the clients you bill, not by hosting accounts.
- Can I connect as a WHM reseller instead of root?
- Yes. The plugin accepts root or a reseller username with that user’s API token, and accounts are created under it.
- Do upgrades change the WHM package?
- Yes. Moving a customer to another product moves the account to that product’s WHM package.
- What happens when a customer does not pay?
- The account is suspended in WHM once the invoice passes your grace period, unsuspended when it is paid, and removed when the service is terminated.
