Seven stages, from order to refund.
This is the sequence a hosting business runs thousands of times a month. Each stage below is a thing the platform does on its own, in the order it happens. See billing and provisioning for the detail behind each one.
The order resolves currency and tax before it resolves anything else.
A client picks a product in the portal and the platform settles the commercial details first: currency from their billing profile, tax from their country and status. EU VAT is applied per line — reverse-charge for validated business customers in other member states, OSS rates for consumers. Payment is taken through whichever gateway you have configured; Stripe is seeded into every instance, and PayPal, Mollie, GoCardless, CoinGate, Authorize.Net, 2Checkout, Paddle, Skrill, CoinPayments, BitPay, Worldpay, and CCAvenue install from the marketplace. Resellers place orders through the same flow under their own portal and their own margin.
The order fires a provisioning flow, not a support ticket.
Provisioning runs as a visual plugin flow stored as JSON in the database. SolusVM 2 is seeded into every instance; Virtualizor, Pterodactyl, and cPanel / WHM install from the marketplace. Because flows are data rather than filesystem modules, changing how you provision is an edit and a save in the admin UI — no code deploy, no cache clear.
The IP and the rack position become part of the service row.
An IPv4 or IPv6 address is pulled from IPAM and marked allocated against the service that consumed it. For dedicated and colocation, the DCIM record — rack, U-position, cabling, PDU port — links to the same service. The invoice, the device, and the IP allocation are one join apart instead of three systems you reconcile by hand at month end.
Flat lines and metered lines land on the same invoice.
Invoices generate on the billing cycle ahead of the due date. Usage-based metering feeds variable lines — bandwidth, transit, storage — onto the same document as the recurring lines, so the customer gets one invoice rather than a base charge plus a surprise. Multi-currency means the client reads and pays in their currency while your reporting stays in your base currency.
A failed charge starts a retry schedule you defined.
Declines are the normal case at scale, not the exception. Retries run on your schedule, the client is notified by email and — with the Telegram plugin — in chat, and each invoice carries its own attempt history. You set how many attempts, how far apart, and what happens after the last one fails.
Suspension goes through the plugin that did the provisioning.
When dunning is exhausted the service suspends through the same flow that created it, with a recorded reason attached to the service. When payment clears, it unsuspends automatically. Nobody has to remember which node the VPS is on, or which rack the server sits in.
The cycle closes without anyone opening a spreadsheet.
Renewal invoices issue on the cycle, stored payment methods are charged where the client has enrolled, and usage for the period is recalculated before the invoice goes out. Cancellation runs immediately or at end of term: the service terminates through the plugin, the IP returns to the IPAM pool, the DCIM record is released, and credit notes or refunds post against the original transaction.

The managed edition runs on our Kubernetes fleet: a dedicated pod and an isolated PostgreSQL database per tenant, with settings and stored credentials encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You get the platform; we carry the patching, the Postgres version, and the backups.
The self-hosted edition is the same platform on servers you control, for a one-time €1,495 fee on top of the subscription. No end-customer record leaves your infrastructure. Your provisioning depends on Proxmox, Plesk, or OpenStack. Those are planned and not shipped — there is no plugin to install today, and we would rather say that here than after you have paid.
FluxBilling is in open beta. Billing, provisioning, DCIM, and IPAM run in production for paying providers, but if your requirement is a platform that has been settled for a decade, this is not that yet. 03.Can I automate provisioning as well as billing?
Yes — provisioning is the point. A paid order triggers a provisioning flow that creates the service on your platform, pulls an IP from IPAM, and links the DCIM record. SolusVM 2 ships seeded into every instance. Virtualizor, Pterodactyl, and cPanel / WHM install from the marketplace. Proxmox, Plesk, and OpenStack are planned and not shipped yet. Flows are built in a visual plugin builder and stored as JSON in the database, so you can adapt a provisioning sequence to your own topology without writing or deploying code.
04.Does it handle EU VAT and multi-currency?
Yes, on every plan. VAT is applied per invoice line based on the customer’s country and status: reverse-charge for validated business customers in other member states, and OSS rates for consumers. Multi-currency lets clients see and pay in their own currency while your reporting and reconciliation stay in your base currency. Both are core capabilities rather than paid add-ons.

06.How do I migrate from WHMCS?
A WHMCS importer ships in the core product on every plan — it is not a paid add-on. It reads clients, services, products, invoices, and transactions directly from your existing database, runs in dry-run first so you can check the counts before anything is written, and is idempotent and resumable, so a second run only picks up new or changed records. That means you can import, validate against your live system, and cut over when the numbers agree rather than in one irreversible jump.
