HostBill has accumulated modules for a very large number of panels, providers, registrars and gateways, and if your operation depends on a specific one of them, buying that module is a solved problem today. FluxBilling ships SolusVM 2 and installs Virtualizor, Pterodactyl and cPanel / WHM from the marketplace, with Proxmox, Plesk and OpenStack planned rather than shipped. A visual flow can usually reproduce an integration, but “usually” is not the same as “already installed”.
Track record is the other one. HostBill has years of production deployments behind it; FluxBilling is in open beta. If you need a mature platform with a deep integration bench right now, that is a fair reason to stay.
