Most "best hosting billing software" lists do not contain prices. The ones that do usually contain prices that were correct two years ago, or prices assembled from three different pricing models as if they were comparable. This post is the boring version: every figure the major vendors published on their own pricing pages on 18 August 2026, in the units they published them, with nothing converted, averaged or normalised.
It is deliberately not a ranking. It is the sheet you need before a ranking means anything.
How this was sourced. FluxBilling publishes this table and sells one of the products in it. Every competitor figure was read from that vendor's own pricing page on 18 August 2026; all sources are linked at the end. Figures are quoted in the currency each vendor publishes — most in USD, FluxBilling in EUR — and no exchange rate is applied anywhere in this post, because applying one would produce a number no vendor actually charges. Two vendors published no readable price on the capture date and their rows say so rather than guess. List price is not the price you will be quoted; check the source before you buy.

Datacenter infrastructure management, priced separately
EasyDCIM is in this list because it appears on the same shortlists, but it is not a billing platform — its own pricing page lists WHMCS and HostBill integration as a feature, which is how it expects to be deployed. If you buy it, you are buying the second half of a stack.

The two rows that have to stay empty
WiseCP. On 18 August 2026, both wisecp.com/en/pricing and the vendor's software licensing page returned a maintenance notice stating that the site was closed while being moved onto WISECP 5. No prices could be read. Cached figures and third-party listings exist, and this post does not use them, because a price you cannot verify on the vendor's own page is a price you should not publish. If you are evaluating WiseCP, request current pricing directly.
Upmind. On the same date, upmind.com/pricing rendered no price table. The site states that Upmind offers "a generous free tier which gives you all our core features and functionality without charge" and that "It's free to start. No credit card or payment required." It describes itself as a SaaS-based solution, and no self-hosted deployment option is presented on the site. What the paid tiers cost, and on what terms, is not published; ask the vendor.
A maintenance window and an unpublished price sheet are ordinary business facts, not verdicts. They are recorded here because the alternative — filling the cell with a plausible number — is how bad comparison tables get made.
How to read this without being misled
Do not compare across pricing models. A $599 one-time licence and a $34.95/month subscription are not the same kind of thing. Compare them over a defined period with the renewals included, which is what we did in the three-year cost model.
Do not compare across currencies. Five of these vendors publish USD and one publishes EUR. Converting at today's rate produces a number nobody charges and that changes weekly. Compare within a currency, or compare structure.
Price the tier that does your job. HostBill's colocation capability is in the $1,599 edition, not the $599 one. EasyDCIM's IPAM appears from the $99/month dedicated plan, not the $69 one. WHMCS's cloud entry tier holds 25 clients. Entry prices are almost never the price of a working configuration.
Count the second product. If you rack hardware, most of the billing platforms here need a DCIM product beside them, and that subscription usually exceeds the billing licence.
How FluxBilling fits
Our rows are in the first table with everyone else's, and they do not win on price. At unlimited clients, Blesta Monthly Branded at $17.95 and Clientexec Branded at $16.95 are both below FluxBilling Business at €44.95, in any reading that does not torture the exchange rate. Blesta and HostBill both sell perpetual licences and FluxBilling does not — our self-hosted edition is a €500 one-time fee on top of an active Business subscription, not a licence you own. There is no free tier and no free trial; there is a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What FluxBilling puts in the tier instead: DCIM, IPAM, rack management, hardware inventory, network device tracking and bare-metal provisioning on every plan including Lite, plus WHMCS and EasyDCIM importers on every plan. That is the whole argument, and it is an argument about the second product in your stack rather than about the monthly fee. If you do not have a second product, it does not apply to you.
