These two are not the same kind of product, so the honest comparison is EasyDCIM plus a billing platform against HostBill Data Center alone. Once you write it that way, the arithmetic changes.

You are not selling a plan, you are selling rack units, power circuits, cross-connects and IP allocations against physical hardware that has a location, a serial number and a switch port. Two products get shortlisted for this: EasyDCIM and HostBill. They are not the same kind of product, and comparing them requires saying why.

EasyDCIM is a datacenter infrastructure management product, not a billing system. Its own pricing page lists WHMCS and HostBill integration as a feature — meaning it expects to sit alongside a billing platform, not replace one. If you buy EasyDCIM, you still need something to raise invoices, take payments, run dunning and handle tax.
HostBill is a billing platform that sells colocation capability as part of a higher licence edition. Its Data Center edition at $1,599 includes the Colocation Manager and Inventory Manager apps, along with a set of monitoring integrations.
So the honest framing is not "EasyDCIM vs HostBill". It is "EasyDCIM plus a billing platform" against "HostBill Data Center on its own" — and once you write it that way the arithmetic changes considerably.
EasyDCIM sells two ladders. The colocation ladder is $49/month (or $499/year) for up to 25 services, $149/month ($1,499/year) for up to 100, $299/month ($2,999/year) for up to 300, and a custom quote above 300. The dedicated-server ladder is $69/month ($699/year) for up to 50 devices, $99/month ($999/year) for up to 100, $299/month ($2,999/year) for up to 300, $799/month ($7,999/year) for up to 1,000, and custom above that.
Feature gates on the dedicated ladder are worth knowing. The Starter plan covers provisioning automation, inventory, rack management, OS installation, colocation, WHMCS and HostBill integration, basic monitoring, remote agents, IPMI, the usage collector and reports. IP Address Management appears from the Basic plan. Switch and PDU Management appears from Business. Advanced Monitoring and DNS Management appear from Professional. Password Management, LDAP authentication, Backup Manager and priority support are listed at Enterprise.
HostBill sells perpetual licences only, with no monthly plan: Startup $599, Enterprise $999, Data Center $1,599, All-Inclusive $5,999. Updates and support renewal is $125/year after the first year, and support beyond the included case count is $89 per ticket or $999 for 50.
For colocation specifically, the relevant edition is Data Center at $1,599, which adds Colocation Manager, Inventory Manager, Password Manager, Status Updates and Staff AD/LDAP apps on top of Enterprise, together with R1Soft, Ahsay Backup, DCI Manager, Noc-PS, Cacti, Observium, LibreNMS, vCloud Director, Acronis and freeRADIUS integrations. IPAM sits one edition lower, at Enterprise ($999).
Using list prices only, no discounts, and assuming HostBill's updates renewal is taken in years two and three:

Arithmetic on published list prices in USD, excluding tax and per-ticket support. EasyDCIM rows use the annual price multiplied by three. The final row adds WHMCS Plus at $34.95/month for 36 months to the EasyDCIM colocation entry plan.
The last row is the one worth sitting with. A 25-service colocation provider running EasyDCIM alongside WHMCS is at roughly $2,755 over three years, against $1,849 for HostBill Data Center — and the two-product setup also carries an integration to maintain, two support relationships, and two systems that have to agree about the same rack unit.
Depth. EasyDCIM is a specialist product and it shows in the feature list: remote agents, IPMI, OS installation, usage collection, switch and PDU management, SNMP-based monitoring, DNS management at the higher tiers. It is built by people whose entire product is datacenter infrastructure, and if your operation lives or dies on hardware visibility, that focus is worth paying for.
Its device-count pricing is also honest about what drives its cost. You pay for the devices you manage, and the ladder runs to 1,000 devices with an enterprise tier above that, so it scales past the point where many billing platforms stop.
One product, one licence, one support relationship, no integration to maintain. For a provider whose colocation business is a meaningful but not dominant part of the mix, that consolidation is worth real money and real operational quiet. And because HostBill's licence is perpetual, the cost curve flattens after purchase rather than compounding with device count.
On EasyDCIM's dedicated ladder, IP Address Management appears from the Basic plan at $99/month rather than the $69/month Starter. On HostBill, IPAM sits in the Enterprise edition at $999, one step below the $1,599 Data Center edition that carries Colocation Manager. In both cases, the entry price you see quoted in a listicle is not the price of the configuration a colocation provider actually needs. Price the tier that does your job.

Either way, price the whole stack, not the cheapest tier of one half of it.
