Placing an Order
Browse service categories, pick a plan and billing cycle, configure options and add-ons, apply a discount code, and pay at checkout.
What ordering does
The order flow lets you browse the services your provider offers, pick a plan, configure it (location, operating system, hostname, add-ons and more), and pay. You can buy a single service in one go or fill a cart with several services and check out together.

How to reach the order page
There is no permanent Order link in the left sidebar (which lists Dashboard, Services, Billing and Tickets). Instead, open the order page from the Order New Service button, which appears in two places:
- On the Dashboard, in the top-right corner.
- On the Services page, in the top-right corner (and on the empty-state card if you have no services yet).
Once you add an item to your cart, a cart icon with a count badge also appears in the top header bar. Click it any time to jump straight to checkout. The cart icon only shows while your cart has at least one item.
What's on the order page
The page opens with a short subtitle and a row of quick stat tiles your provider can customize. Below that is a grid of service category cards. Each card shows:
- An icon and the category name.
- A short description.
- A few feature tags.
- A Starting at price, shown per month (for example
€5.00/mo). If the category also supports hourly billing, both rates are shown side by side (for example€0.0080/hr · €5.00/mo). - A View Plans button.
Only categories your provider has enabled appear here, so the exact mix (VPS, game servers, dedicated servers, and so on) depends on your provider.
Step-by-step: placing an order
- Pick a category. Click View Plans on the service type you want. The configuration page for that category opens.
- Choose a billing cycle. If more than one cycle is available, a selector appears at the top (for example Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, and Hourly where supported). Prices update instantly as you switch, and a discount badge may appear on longer cycles.
- Select a plan. Click the plan card that fits your needs. The first plan is pre-selected, and the Order Summary on the right updates as soon as you change anything.
- Configure provisioning options. Depending on the service, you may be asked for details such as a location, an operating system, a hostname, a password, or other plan-specific fields. Sensible defaults are filled in where possible (such as the first available location and operating system). Required fields must be completed before you can continue.
- Add optional extras. If the plan offers configurable add-ons, an Additional Options section lists them with their prices. Selecting an add-on updates the summary total.
- Fill in any extra information. Some categories include an Additional Information section with custom fields specific to that service. Complete any required ones.
- Add to cart or check out. In the Order Summary on the right, click Checkout to go straight to payment, or Add to Cart to save this item and keep browsing other categories.
The Order Summary panel
While you configure a plan, the sticky Order Summary on the right shows a live preview: the selected plan and its price, the chosen location, the billing cycle, any savings versus paying monthly, the add-on total, and the grand Total with its cycle suffix (such as /mo or /yr). Free plans show Free instead of a price.
The checkout page
Checkout is where you review your order and pay. It has a main column on the left and an Order Summary sidebar on the right.
Reviewing your items
- Each item shows its name, location, billing cycle, and price. Click a row (or its chevron) to expand it and see the full breakdown: product, quantity, location, billing cycle, Specifications, Configuration, Add-ons, and a per-item price breakdown.
- Click the trash icon on a row to remove that item.
Discount codes
If your provider has the discount system turned on, a Discount Code field appears in the summary sidebar. Type your code and click Apply (or press Enter). A valid code shows the type of saving (a percentage or a fixed amount) and the money saved, and can be removed with the X button. Codes are automatically capitalized as you type, so case does not matter.
Order Summary totals
The sidebar lists every item, then a running breakdown:
| Line | What it means |
|---|---|
| Subtotal | The combined price of all items (plus any one-time fees) before discount and tax. |
| Discount | Shown only when a valid code is applied, as a negative amount with the code name. |
| VAT / Tax | Calculated automatically from your account details. Shown as a rate and amount, or marked Exempt if your account qualifies. |
| Credit applied | Shown when you choose to use your account credit (see below). |
| Total / To pay | The final amount due. Shows Free when nothing is owed. |
Paying for your order
For signed-in customers with a payable total, a Payment Method section appears:
- Use Credit Balance. If you have account credit, a toggle lets you apply it. A green Covers Full Amount badge appears when your credit pays the whole order; otherwise the remaining balance is shown and you pick a method for the rest. An Add more credit link lets you top up first.
- Payment Method. Choose from the methods your provider has enabled. This section is skipped entirely when credit already covers the full total.
- Terms agreement. If your provider has configured legal links, you must tick the box agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before the order button activates.
When everything is set, click the order button (labelled Complete Order, Pay €…, Pay with Credit, or Complete Free Order depending on the total). You are then sent to pay your billing document, redirected to your payment provider, or shown bank-transfer instructions, depending on the method chosen.
Ordering as a guest? You can browse and configure without signing in, but to finish you must log in or create an account. Use the Log In or Register buttons on the checkout page. Your selection is saved so it survives the sign-in step.
Hourly plans need credit. If your order uses hourly billing, your account must hold at least the minimum credit balance your provider requires. If it does not, checkout shows a Credit Required for Hourly Billing warning with an Add Credit button, and the order button stays disabled until you top up.
After you order
Once the order is placed, you land on a confirmation screen that shows:
- A success message (or a payment-confirmed message if you returned from a payment provider).
- Your order number and a list of the items purchased with the total.
- For dedicated-server orders, an estimated delivery time may be shown.
- Quick links to Services, Invoices, and Support, plus a Go to Dashboard button.
A billing document (a proforma or an invoice, depending on your provider's settings) is created automatically. Most services are provisioned automatically once payment is confirmed; you can track their status from the Services page.
Tips and gotchas
- Order from several categories at once. Use Add to Cart on each item, then open the cart from the header to check out everything together.
- Your cart is remembered. Items added with Add to Cart persist if you close the browser and come back later.
- If a discount code is rejected, check that it has not expired and that it applies to the products in your order.
- Required fields are validated when you continue. If something is missing, the page scrolls to the first field that needs attention.
