What the Referral Program does

The Referral Program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends and colleagues to sign up. When someone creates an account using your personal referral code or share link and makes a payment, you receive a commission as a reward voucher you can apply to your own orders. This page is where you find your code, copy your share link, track who you have referred, and view the vouchers you have earned.

Opening the page

The Referral Program lives at the /referrals address of your portal. Add /referrals to the end of your portal's web address (for example, https://your-portal.example.com/referrals) and open it while signed in.

The referral program is an optional feature the store operator can switch on or off. If it is not currently active you will see a Referral Program Unavailable message reading “The referral program is currently not active. Please check back later.” In that case there is nothing to set up — check back another time.

When the program is active, the page header reads Referral Program with a subtitle such as “Invite friends and earn X% commission on their payments,” where X is the commission rate the operator has set.

Your referral code and share link

The blue card near the top of the page holds everything you need to invite people.

1. Generate your code (first time only). If you do not have a code yet, the card shows the message “You don't have a referral code yet” and a Generate My Referral Code button. Select it; the button briefly reads “Generating…” and your unique code appears. You only need to do this once.
2. Copy your code. Once a code exists, the Code section displays it in large type. Select the copy button beside it to copy it to your clipboard — the button shows a check mark and a “Code copied to clipboard!” confirmation appears.
3. Copy your share link. If a ready-made link is available, the Share Link section shows the full URL. Select the copy button next to it to copy the whole link (“Link copied to clipboard!” confirms). Anyone who opens this link lands on the sign-up page with your referral already applied — no code to type.

Prefer the Share Link over the bare code whenever you can. It takes your contact straight to sign-up with your referral attached automatically, removing a manual step where mistakes happen. Paste it into an email, a chat message, or a social post.

The summary stats

Once you have a code, four cards summarise your program at a glance:

Stat	What it shows
Total Referrals	The total number of people who have signed up through your code or link.
Active	How many of those referrals currently count as active.
Commission Earned	Your cumulative earnings so far, shown in your account currency.
Vouchers	How many reward vouchers you currently hold.

The three tabs

Below the stats are three tabs: Overview, Referrals, and Vouchers. The Referrals and Vouchers tab labels include a live count in brackets.

Overview tab

The Overview tab shows a How it works panel with three numbered steps:

1. Share your link — Send your unique referral link to friends and colleagues.
2. They sign up — Your friend creates an account and places their first order.
3. Earn rewards — You receive a commission on every payment they make, at the rate the operator has set.

Referrals tab

The Referrals tab lists everyone you have referred in a sortable table. Select any column header to sort by that column; it defaults to most recently joined first. The columns are:

Column	Meaning
User	The referred person's first name and the initial of their last name (for example, “Alex M.”).
Status	A coloured badge: Active (green) once they qualify, Pending (amber) while waiting, or another state shown in grey.
Joined	The date the referral was created.
Earned	The commission this person's payments have generated for you, in your account currency.

If you have not referred anyone yet, the tab shows a No referrals yet message.

Vouchers tab

The Vouchers tab lists every reward voucher issued to you. Each row shows:

• The voucher code in monospaced text.
• A copy button next to the code — this appears only on vouchers that have not been used yet, so you can grab the code ready to apply at checkout.
• The discount it gives: either a fixed amount off (for example, “$5.00 off”) or a percentage off (for example, “10% off”), depending on how the operator set it up. If the voucher came from a specific referral, the referred person's name is shown after the discount.
• A status badge on the right — Available (green) if it is still usable, or Used (grey) once it has been redeemed.
• The date the voucher was issued.

When you have no vouchers yet, the tab shows “No vouchers yet” with the note that vouchers you earn from referrals will appear here.

How referrals turn into rewards

The flow is simple from your side:

1. You share your code or link.
2. Someone signs up through it — they appear in your Referrals tab, usually starting as Pending.
3. Once they place a qualifying order and pay, the referral becomes Active, your Commission Earned total rises, and a reward voucher is added to your Vouchers tab.
4. You redeem the voucher by entering its code during checkout on one of your own orders to reduce the amount due.

The commission rate, and whether you earn on every payment or only the first, are set by the store operator and reflected in the subtitle at the top of the page. If you are unsure of the exact terms, the operator's terms or support team is the source of truth.

Tips

• Generate your code once, then keep reusing the same share link — it never changes.
• Check the Vouchers tab for any Available vouchers before you pay an invoice; applying one reduces what you owe.
• The copy button on a voucher disappears after the voucher is used, which is a quick way to tell at a glance which ones you can still spend.
• If you cannot open the Referral Program page at all, the feature is not currently enabled on this store.
